Live Well In Covid Times Sample

Psalm 91:1 NKJV 

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 

Two things to learn from this all-time famous verse and a hot favourite in this season! 

There is a secret place for the children of God to run to, a safe house in times of trouble. It is called the Presence of God. And because it’s a secret place, the enemy doesn’t know how to reach it - the only place where no virus, no disease, no sin, no enemy can reach you! They dare not enter. 

Because of the blood of Jesus, now we have confident access into this secret place! And God is calling you to come and live there.

Secondly, the shadow of the Almighty is more than a shelter or an umbrella-like refuge. It is a hiding place that you can enter and no longer be visible to the outside world. 

Colossians 3:3 NKJV
For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. 

When you live in God’s presence, submitting to His authority, you will be hidden from the enemy. The brilliance of God’s presence will blind the enemy and you won’t be seen! 

Meditate:

* Psalm 32:7 NKJV
You are my hiding place, you shall preserve me from trouble, you shall surround me with songs of deliverance.

Pray:

* Thank the Lord for the protection in His presence. Praise God for the blood of Jesus by which you can enter.

* Ask God for the grace to spend more time with Him in His Word and Prayer. Ask help to fast one meal. 

* Pray for your family also to be protected because you dwell under God’s shadow
