GOD’S LOVE IS SO WIDE
…may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— (Ephesians 3:18)
Even though the Israelites felt pressured to face great nations, including Edom, that prevented them from entering the Promised Land, they were relieved because the hand of God went up to fight in their place. This is proof of how much God loves His people.
Do you not think that all of us are like the Israelites? We face so many pressures, fears, worries, and challenges. We think that we might not be able to deal with the magnitude of the problems that lie ahead. We do not realize how great God's love is for us.
God saw the abilities of His people, Israel. They would not be able to face all the realities in front of them with their physical or military strength. However, God has a deep love for His people and will not let His people face their difficulties alone. We must believe that God loves us. God's love for us is so wide. He does not want to be separated from us. He wants to be always with us in every season of our lives.
People or nations who hate His people, who make fun of and humiliate His people, will come face to face with the true God. We do not need to justify ourselves. We do not have to seek justice because of the problems we face. We also do not have to find the faults of others. We must believe that God will defend us because of His great love for all of us.
God never sleeps, and His eyes always care for us.
