We have all been called to build the house of God in one way or another. God has gifted us in different areas and has equipped us to use that gift to build his church. The role of the church and its leaders is to equip us all for the good works of God’s kingdom. When we, as the local church, continue to exalt Jesus rather than people, we are pointing others to him. Jesus builds his church through us. In turn, we are linked with life giving people who challenge us to grow and change. We are linked with family and community that gives us a sense of belonging. We begin to be a part of the answer when we are committed to giving and building our local church.
