Prayer & Fasting: The Sauce Sample

Today’s Topic of Prayer and Fasting: Wholeness

Take a moment to wash off your day. Grab a pen and paper in expectation of having a heart to heart conversation with your Heavenly Father.  Rid your mind of distractions, overwhelming feelings and thoughts, and the busyness that comes with our daily lives and intentionally choose to lean into God’s presence. 

• What is God speaking to you today about wholeness?  
• How will your growth in understanding the wholeness you have in Christ affect those around you? 
• What areas in your life are you desiring wholeness? 

Prayer: 

Father, your desire is that I would progress in all areas.  I ask that you would teach me how to be whole and complete in all areas.  Thank you for spiritual, emotional, physical, financial, and relational wholeness. Show me today any area that I am not experiencing wholeness in Jesus’ name.

Amen.
