The Great BattleSample

Satan is at war with humanity
Satan has been defeated by Jesus. He knows that he will be completely destroyed. This provokes his wrath, and he wants to “devour” as many people as possible. He will never be able to win the battle against God, but now tries to drag people into his downfall. As long as people believe his lies and continue to live in sin, he disguises himself as an angel of light. He presents a sinful lifestyle as particularly attractive and tries to blind people to the truth about God. But when people come to faith, he loses his power over them. Then his true nature comes to light and he prowls around like a roaring lion. Many Christians have experienced persecution and suffering, and Satan is behind this.
However, Satan’s power is limited. He will never be able to stop the salvation of God’s children. Jesus made that clear in John 10:28: “I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.” All Satan can do, is to make their present earthly lives hard — only to the extent that God permits. The apostle Peter exhorts his readers to resist him in faith, awaiting eternal glory in Jesus Christ.
Can you give an example of Satan’s attacks?
