The saints
Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousand of His saints." Jude 1 :14
When a pastor asked the congregation attending a service whether there was a holy person at that place, several people looked down, others turned their heads, while the rest looked confused with the question. When we hear the word holiness, we think of purity or a condition without blemish. Looking at our lives that are still far from perfect, it is no doubt that we hesitate to raise our hands.
Today’s world is full of evil, deception, and moral degeneration. The devil is actively carrying out his actions because he realizes that time is running out. He tries to shake the faith of God's children in various ways. God wants to work with His saints to reveal His light on this world.
People are going to reap what they sow. People who are still living in sin and doing evil things may seem fine and even look happier than we are. We have a task to pray for them and snatch them from condemnation. The Bible says that we will reap destruction when we sow fleshly desires. On the other hand, we are going to reap eternity when we sow things that are spiritual and holy.
Pursue holiness, O saints of God!
