Overcomer: Defeating Anxiety and AbuseSample

Take some time to think about all the places you tend to run with your pain or when an anxiety attack begins to roll over you. Be honest. Now, write down some practical ways that you can instead turn to God in those moments!
Pray this prayer:
God, I thank you for saving me. I thank you that you are good and that you are true. I pray my heart will find its home in you and that I will stand confidently on this. You are my rock and my salvation, and I will praise you all the days of my life.
Amen.

About this Plan

The team at Broken Crayons Still Color has joined forces with their friend, Hope Moquin, to wade through the realities of anxiety and abuse. Follow the voices of four women who have known brokenness—yet, have claimed victory in Jesus overcoming all things. There is no darkness He can't touch, and there is no pain we can't come back from. We cannot and will not be defeated. We are overcomers.
