30-Second Spark 3Sample
9. Jail Break
Once, Peter was arrested, put in chains, and placed under guard awaiting execution. Meanwhile, earnest prayer to God was made for him by fellow believers.
After an angel rescues Peter, he goes straight to Mary’s house. Prayer at Mary’s was apparently a thing, and not with a few. Many gathered to pray.
Knowing Peter was imprisoned, they were amazed when he knocked at the door! He described the supernatural breakout, assigned them to report it to others, and then disappeared into the night.
Let’s be people of God who pray with and for others and marvel at God’s answers.
