Walk Through The Bible 365 - NovemberSample
The Dividing Line
The Pharisees were very religious, powerful, and wealthy. Jesus was questioning them on the ability to be trusted with unrighteous wealth and being trusted to handle true riches. Have you considered your handling of the assets God has given you? What are our true riches? Are we faithful in the little matters and honest in the small things? Jesus made the point clear to his listeners: God and money, devotion or despising. No in-between or gray area allowed.
Prayer: Thank you, Jesus, for giving me everything I need. You have given me much and I desire to serve you with the blessings you have given. I know you will provide me with everything I need, and I pray that I may be faithful and honest in all things. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
