Finding Peace in Clarity

Sometimes an underlying feeling of anxiety comes from a lack of clarity. We may not be clear about what’s expected of us, our next steps, or what’s been communicated to us. But instead of causing doubt, this anxiety can remind you to pause at any moment and respectfully ask questions until you are clear and have a sense of direction—not only from those around you but also from yourself.
There will always be things outside our control that we can only surrender in faith. But gaining a better understanding of what’s in our hands helps reduce stress and anxiety regarding the things within our control. Whether it be on the job, within a relationship, or in any encounter, we’re still faced with uncertainty. Is something in your life creating anxiety simply because you’re unclear about the situation?
