Day 5: Plugging Into God's Grace

Plugging into God's grace reminds us that we are loved and forgiven. It's a powerful reminder of God's unconditional love and the freedom we have in Him.

Experiencing the transformational force of God's undeserved favor in our life is what it means to be charged up by His grace. The Christian faith is not complete without grace, and it is grace that enables us to experience the abundant life that God has promised. Here are two ways God's grace can recharge us:

Realizing how much God loves us can be a great drive to live a life that pleases Him. We can be inspired to conquer sin and live in a way that exalts God by realizing that He accepts and loves us just as we are.

Accept and embrace forgiveness. The forgiveness that God extends to us is one of the most important features of His grace. We can feel a sense of freedom and rejuvenation that enables us to live a life of meaning and purpose when we acknowledge the seriousness of our sin and accept God's forgiveness.

Heavenly Father, thank you for your amazing grace that saves us and forgives us. Help me to remember that I am not defined by my mistakes, but by your love and grace. Renew my spirit and help me to live in your freedom. In Jesus' name, Amen.
