Red Flags, Respect, & RelationshipsSample

We all have rules and expectations that we have to follow, whether at home, at school, on a team, or in a relationship! Sometimes, though, expectations can cause us to work hard at trying to be perfect at whatever it is we’re doing. Trying to meet those expectations can sometimes leave us feeling anxious or even like a failure. Why? Because perfection just isn’t possible! The good news is, God isn’t asking us to be perfect. God isn’t asking us to meet every single expectation. God has already given us everything we need to be the kind of people we want to be. When we lean on that truth, we can release ourselves from expectations and live in freedom in all areas of our lives.
This week, pray that you will find peace in knowing that you have all you need to be the person God made you to be.
