Waiting is hard. We live in a world where everything is available at a moment’s notice. If we want food, it can be delivered to our doorstep in less time than it would take us to cook it in our kitchen. If we want information, it’s at our fingertips in seconds. If we need to talk, we can send a text and get a reply pretty quickly. And the list goes on...
However, the reality is that some things take time. While we may want a quick fix for the injustices we see around us, true change happens over time. But don’t let that discourage you. You can still do good things every day to help people feel seen and loved.
Today, ask God to allow you to do something kind for someone else.
