What Was I Made For?Sample

Do you ever think about what your life will be like in the future? Maybe where you’ll live, what job you’ll have, or what kind of car you’ll drive. It’s easy to think about our lives in terms of what we’ll eventually have instead of who we are now. While it can be fun to dream about our future, it’s also a good idea to remember God made us for more than what we buy, where we work, who we marry, or anything else we might think will help us measure up in the future. God made us to be an example of hope to others—to show God’s goodness to the world. That isn’t something you have to wait for; that’s something that can start right now, even in middle school.
Think about one way you can share God’s goodness with someone you know. If you’re unsure, you can even talk to your Small Group and devise a list together. Then, challenge yourself to take one step and do just one thing to start living in God's purpose for you today!
