The Spirit of Truth

If you’re a believer—confessing that Jesus is God’s only Son who died on the cross as payment for your sins and rose three days later—you have the Holy Spirit within you. As scripture says, He is the Spirit of truth who will never leave you, not for one minute. And when you’re in need of help, hope, or healing, He will lead you to the Father. Sometimes, we think it best to try navigating the hard times alone. Maybe it’s because we’re embarrassed that our lives are messy. Maybe we don’t want anyone to know what’s happening. Or maybe we are worried that God may be annoyed we find ourselves here again. But His Spirit dwells in us to guide us toward health. God already knows everything on our plate and will bring perfect truth and divine therapy when needed.

Prayer: Dear God, what a gift to know Your Spirit resides in me as my personal helper. Thank You for always making a way to feel closer to You. Amen.
