Jesus in His Own WordsSample

Is Jesus Really The Only Way?
Years ago, I found myself doing “Man on the Street” interviews in the French Quarter of New Orleans. Simply, I was asking people: “Why do you believe what you believe?” And do you know what I heard over and over? “I don’t really know… I just feel like it’s true.” Sincere people—with no real anchor for their faith—were searching, but there was no solid ground.
In John 14:6 (NKJV), Jesus makes a bold, unshakable claim: “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” That’s not a suggestion. It’s not a metaphor. It’s a bold declaration of truth. In a world filled with options, Jesus says: “I’m it.”
You see, friend, Jesus doesn’t just point toward truth—He is truth. He doesn’t just model a way—He is the way. Every other religion is about mankind trying to reach God. Biblical Christianity is the opposite—it’s about God reaching down to us.
And that’s the good news—you don’t have to guess. You don’t have to earn your way to heaven. You don’t have to hope you’re good enough. Jesus made a way… once again, He is the way.
If you’ve been searching, wondering, or wrestling with faith—this is the moment to come back to what’s real, what’s true, and what lasts forever. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. And He’s inviting you to come to the Father—through Him.
As you engage with God’s Word:
● What is God saying to me?
● What does it mean to me?
● How can I apply what God is teaching me?
● How can I be specific in prayer today?
After you reflect on these questions, bring everything to God in prayer.
