DAY 3: The Importance of God’s Words
Each and every insight that God provides for you is important. The result of the revelation will often be determined by your reply and response. If you just think on it for a day or two and then let it go, you will probably miss the full effect of the oil on that word. If you write, record, and then go back to it with prayer and seeking strategy, you will keep pressing that word and extract the oil.
Sometimes you are struggling and need a breakthrough. God will send a word to you that contains bondage-breaking power. It may not be a word that has long-term application but is sent for that very moment. Some words frame times and seasons. There have been times in my life that I keep pondering a word over and over, and each time I got more application. It becomes a mission statement for a season of my supernatural journey.
There are other words that are very specific and hold instruction for a particular assignment. All of these things must be prayed out and discerned. This is why recording, writing, and praying over supernatural revelations is so critical. To become a person who walks in the supernatural, you must learn to place emphasis and value on insight and revelation.
