God of the Impossible: Everfound
When you look at the stories in the Bible, whether it’s the beginning of creation with Adam and Eve, Noah and the flood, Moses and setting the people of Israel free, Jesus and feeding the 5,000, or Jesus raising from the dead, we see stories that are quite……epic. We may think to ourselves, “Ya, that’s great for the Bible, but that kind of stuff doesn’t happen in my life.” And maybe part of that is true. Maybe you haven’t seen anyone raised from the dead lately, or a bunch of animals lining up two-by-two, I sure haven’t. However, that doesn’t mean that the power of God is not alive and well today.
Sometimes I think we can minimize the power of God that is available in our life situations. We can often think, “Yeah, God can raise someone from the dead, but there’s no chance he can stop my parents from getting divorced,” or, “Yeah, Jesus may have been able to heal this blind man, but there’s no way he’s able to set me free from my depression.” Isn’t it interesting how we can think that way?
I have good news for you. The Bible says that Jesus is the SAME, YESTERDAY, TODAY, and FOREVER. That means right now wherever you are, Jesus is still ABLE to do the IMPOSSIBLE in YOUR life. The question is - will you ask him?

Right now, what is a seemingly IMPOSSIBLE situation in your life? Cry out to God, and ask for His power to come into that situation right now.
