Welcome to a journey of wellness.  In this study, we are going to study the concept of wellness through the biblical principle of wholeness.  Wholeness isn’t something we arrive at without a map. The road to true wholeness is a life-long journey and not just a trip with a destination in mind.  This plan will serve as a guide for you to use as you journey to find that wholeness.  

God brings wholeness-the true measure of wellness for which we search.  But we must join Him in the journey. As we work through this devotional, it will become more and more apparent that wellness is truly a journey to complete wholeness and stewardship. Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life.

When you read the words in verse 8, “the Lord is abounding in love…” how does that make you feel? How do you see His abounding love lived out in your life?
