Leadership In Crisis

DÍA 3 DE 10

Check Your Process.

“He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.” Proverbs‬ ‭10:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The hand, or the process, of the diligent makes one rich. The process of the diligent makes one successful. What’s your process? In times of crisis, processes are tested — both spiritual and natural. In times of crisis, existing processes are reviewed and new processes are born. Let God examine your process. Don’t be lead by the countenance of the world — choose to be led by God.

Let God lead your internal process. Let God lead your heart. Let God lead you through the storm. Choose to be consistent. Choose to be patient. Choose to be kind. Choose to let God lead your process.

Let God point out the areas that need improvement. Let God reveal what’s in your heart. Let His Word transform your way of thinking. Let His Word diligently shape your internal and external process. Don’t let the crisis manage you — conquer the crisis by lording over your process.

Romans‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Be not conformed to the things of the world, but be ye transformed by the Word of God.

Crisis reveals character. Crisis reveals what’s in your heart. Crisis also reveals what’s in the heart of others. Crisis reveals the strength of your process. In times of crisis, you can either choose to succumb to the panic of the world or you can choose to yield to Christ. Choose to trust in Christ. Choose to trust in His Process.
