PRAY4JAPAN - 17 Day Prayer Guide for JapanMuestra
The Battle for Japan Belongs to the Lord
Japan has a population of 126 million people with less than 0.3% attending church. That’s approximately one Christian for every 300 non-believers. Japan is listed as the second-largest unreached people group in the world.
Let's agree that Japan is the Lord's, no matter how big the battle seems.
[Each day will have a WORSHIP passage, DECLARE passage, and a PRAY passage. Take as much time as you need to read and pray through each one. Use the example prayers if you wish.]
WORSHIP - God is the King of all the earth!
For God is the King of all the earth; sing to Him a psalm of praise. Psalm 47:7 (NIV)
Lord, regardless of how a nation looks on the outside, we know You are God and King over ALL the earth. Therefore, we can say with confidence that You are the God and King over Japan!
DECLARE - The battle belongs to the Lord.
Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s. 2 Chronicles 20:15 (NIV)
Father, we declare that Japan belongs to You. The battle for the souls of the Japanese people is Your battle. As we worship and focus on Your greatness, we entrust Japan to You.
PRAY - Help us pray confidently according to Your will.
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of Him. 1 John 5:14-15 (NIV)
Father, release Your WORD and show us Your WILL as we pray for the next 17 days. As we hear Your heart for Japan, may we pray with faith and confidence according to Your will.
Acerca de este Plan
Japan is the world’s second largest unreached people group even after decades of dedicated evangelism and church presence. In this highly sophisticated society most Japanese see Christianity as nice but irrelevant. Church attendance hovers around 0.3%. Let’s agree with the Word of God as we worship, declare and pray for breakthrough in this beautiful nation.
