Proverbs – Sayings Of SolomonMuestra
Wisdom in Warfare
Many of us, when we were children, pictured ourselves as heroes, storming the gates of the enemy, setting the captives free. The good news is this is an expression in fantasy, of a calling we have in reality. In reality, we are all called to reign in life. As believers seated in the heavenly realms with Christ, we are called to bring the rule of heaven to earth and to destroy the works of the evil one.
For us to do this effectively, we must exercise wisdom in spiritual warfare. Proverbs 21 speaks of “a warrior filled with wisdom” (v. 22, TPT). Maybe you would have preferred to hear about “a warrior stocked with ammunition.” But our weapons are heavenly weapons, and in Proverbs, the greatest resource for reigning in life is God’s eternal wisdom.
The next thing we hear about this warrior is he or she “ascends the high place.” This is tremendous! As people who live in Christ, we have access to heaven. We are seated with Christ in the heavenly places. We can ascend in our spirits any time, to the realm where Christ reigns victorious over every demonic power. We can bring to earth the victory that is already secured in heaven.
Wisdom in warfare therefore, simply agrees with what God has already established in heaven, beginning with our spirits agreeing with our Father’s loving wisdom, and continuing until the fruit of that wisdom has filled our world with life.
Maybe there is an area in your life with which you have been fighting for some time. Despite this experience, thankfully, we continually have victory because Jesus has already won. By accessing heaven’s wisdom, you can see even mighty strongholds demolished.
Give any area of struggle over to God afresh. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you the victory he gives you in your area of struggle. Write down any new wisdom-based battle plans that the Holy Spirit is revealing to you.

Acerca de este Plan
Proverbs is the greatest book of wisdom ever written, mostly penned by the wisest man to ever live. God gave his servant Solomon this wisdom to pass along to us, his servants, who continue the ministry of Jesus, the embodiment of wisdom, until he returns in full glory. When Solomon pens a proverb, there is more than meets the eye! Who are these proverbs written to? This compilation of wisdom’s words is written to you! Throughout the book, we find words like “Listen, my sons. Listen, my daughters.” The book of Proverbs is written to us as sons and daughters of the living God. The teaching we receive is not from a distant god who tells us we’d better live right, or else. These are personal words of love and tenderness from our wise Father, the Father of eternity, who speaks right into our hearts with healing, radiant words. Receive deeply the words of the kind Father of heaven as though he were speaking directly to you. This 13–day reading plan, inspired by The Passion Translation Proverbs: Wisdom from Above, includes the sayings of Solomon from Proverbs 10-22.
