Jesus Carried Our Sorrows to Victory Muestra
The greatest proof of love is sacrifice. “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, and whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life”
This is where the love story gets really, really good.
If you really love someone, you’ll do almost anything for them. Jesus was no different, he is crazy in love with us.
Jesus loves us so much that he wanted to experience everything we experience, feel everything we feel. Jesus cried tears as we might, he felt sorrow as we would.
He was tempted by the same things that tempt us, but he never sinned so that he could become a spotless sacrifice for our sins.
Now that’s a winner. That’s our Savior!
We get wounded, so Jesus was willing to be wounded. Sometimes we feel despised and rejected, so he took on our pain.
This a not a spoiler alert. We already know that our hero dies in the end. But it doesn’t end there, and that’s what makes our story the best one ever! Jesus rose from the grave in new life and offers that new life to us!
