Relating With Wealth Biblically Muestra
DEVELOP HATRED FOR WASTAGE (2)
Most Christians practice the principle of wastage, yet they believe that Jesus hates abundance. Jesus’ philosophy about wealth is seen in His statement, “Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost,” in John 6:12b. Conserving things creates wealth.
How many savings accounts do you have? In the book of Deuteronomy 28, the Bible says God will bless you in your basket and your storehouses. Your basket is your salary; your storehouses are your bank accounts. God is positioned to bless you in both. Note that God said He would bless your storehouses, not one storehouse. You need to have as many storehouses as you want God to bless.
Some people paint the picture that Jesus hates rich people. That is not true; Jesus only hates selfishness. When Jesus went to the house of a wealthy man, He advised him to invite poor people too, not just his rich friends (Luk. 14:12-13). Jesus did not condemn his wealth, but his attitude of only blessing the rich.
Preaching about Jesus in a way that portrays Him as one who hates rich people has affected the Church so much that the Church is behind and can hardly compete in the high-tech world that we live in now. As sad as it sounds, the fact is that the devil has concentrated money in the hands of the carefree and ungodly, while the godly have refused to understand the good side of wealth. This is why there is no active and purposeful pursuit of wealth for destiny fulfilment among the Christian folk. Contrary to some beliefs, Jesus did not and does not hate rich people. Many times, He ate in their houses but rebuked them for mishandling the wealth in their hands.
PRAYER: Lord, I receive deliverance from every handle (in the form of attitude) that the spirit of poverty can lay hold of in my life in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Acerca de este Plan
Wealth is not a man’s idea; it is from God. God wants His children to operate in wealth and He gives them power to get it, however, the subject of wealth is highly controversial, not because God has not spoken about it but because of the devil’s opposition to the prosperity of God’s people. In this 30-day devotional, you will learn how to get wealth biblically.
