Reflection: Even Jesus took time alone to be close to God. Find a quiet space today, and spend some time talking to Jesus.

Activity: Create a quiet spot in your room with a pillow and your Bible or a devotional book. Use this space for your quiet time with Jesus.

Action Point: Spend at least 5 minutes in your quiet space, reading your Bible or talking to Jesus today.

Prayer: "Dear Jesus, I want to spend time with you. Help me find moments in my day to talk to you. Amen."
