The Lie Blocking Divine Healing: I Cannot Give Beyond What I Have
Here's a spiritual principle that will help you grow in the gift of healing. I've heard many preachers proclaim certain falsehoods about healing. Consequently, I've seen believers live with these false doctrines, generating an inability in their Christian life to live out God's promises.
These lies lead them to believe they are the problem instead of questioning the teachings they've received.
Let's delve deeper into this fourth lie: We believe what we give cannot exceed what we manifest in our own lives.
Mathematically, that's true! Let's use an analogy. If I have 8, I can only give a value between 1 and 8 inclusive. So, I cannot give 10 because that would be beyond what I have. However, spiritually, it's different: you can live with 8, share 10, and end up with 9. This is the mathematics of heaven.
Let me explain further. You can pray for someone to receive from God something you've never received yourself. You might pray for someone with the same illness as you and see God heal them while you're still waiting for your healing. You might also pray for someone to experience a financial breakthrough and witness God acting in that direction while you're still waiting for a similar miracle… Because what you give isn't proportional to your experiences, but it depends on what you share. What you give is the Holy Spirit who is God. He can act beyond what you can think or imagine.
Now, let's revisit the biblical text about Abraham and Sarah. The Bible informs us that Sarah was barren, and God asked Abraham to pray for Abimelech's household (his wife and servants) so that barrenness could turn into fertility. Abraham obeyed, and following his prayer, the Bible declares that they "were able to have children." Take a moment and reflect on this scene. Abraham had Sarah as his wife, who was barren, and yet, God used him as a channel of blessing to heal a family and its servants of barrenness.
My analysis is as follows: Abraham gave to Abimelech's household much more than he was experiencing in his own life. He didn't limit God to his reality and trust in the nature of God! Don't limit God to your reality, but trust in the truth of His power and love. I conclude by reminding you that God later intervened in Sarah's life, curing her barrenness. So, let's not be in human calculation… but divine calculation!
Let's apply heavenly mathematics: God is the divine multiplier.
Also, remember what we give is the Holy Spirit, and we have no control over Him. We do know, however, that He desires to touch hearts, transform lives, heal the sick, and much more!
Let's not forget that God loves those around us more than we love them ourselves. With this principle in mind, let's rest in God when we pray for the sick by "giving" the Holy Spirit.

Acerca de este Plan
This plan aims to expose the lies that we may hear, which obstruct the Holy Spirit's work in divine healing (Part 2). Jesus stated that if we know the truth, then that truth will set us free. So, what are these false truths (lies) that prevent us from fully experiencing healing?
