Romans letter 10:11-13

because the verse says: everyone, who believes in him, will not become to shame. (Yeshayah 28, 16.) because there is not any distinction between Jew and Greek, because the same L-rd of all is rich to all, that call unto him; because every one, who will call upon the L-rd's Name, will saved to be. (Joel 3, 5)
