Talking to Your Friends about Jesus Plain and simple, here is our job – make disciples from all nations, baptizing them into the faith, and teaching them about Jesus. He established the church as the primary form of making disciples, and our friends and family most likely will not experience God unless they are invited to experience Him. This is why we do church, and this is why we exist. When we get wrapped up in everything else that surrounds the 'church culture' we've lost the point. Instead of arguing about what's best for us at church and what we want, let's focus our efforts on those people who haven't even experienced God's love yet!
