This devotional inspires us to Reconsider, Refocus, and Remember - three practices and tools God gives us to help us face challenging circumstances while growing and remaining firm in our faith, instead of allowing them to distance us from our Savior.

Fasting is one of the most neglected spiritual disciplines. Even though the Bible regularly mentions this practice, many never even consider it. It is not very often that we hear about fasting with prayer, either from the pulpit or in our conversations as a church community. Yet, the Bible has so much to say on this subject and so many wonderful accounts of deliverance, forgiveness, and miracles that happened when God's people did fast and pray together. This ten-day reading plan will focus on some of the Biblical accounts and show us the undeniable power and movement of God when His people humble themselves through fasting and prayer.

Whether you seek to build up your faith or you desire to be encouraged, this is for you.  Life can throw challenges your way that leave you questioning your purpose, and wondering how to get back on track. I have personally experienced the healing and restoring power of God through His love letters. I pray that as you go through these love letters, you receive strength for the journey ahead.
