God loves us enough to punctuate history in human skin; not as a king, president, or noble warrior, but as a helpless newborn. This reading plan studies the people surrounding Christ’s birth and their response to (or role in) this divine interruption on the timeline of history.

These personal meditations will help you focus your heart on Jesus and find encouragement to express His love to others this Christmas season.

Over the course of 10 days, we will consider the events in the arrival of our Saviour. How the word became flesh, the virgin teenager who became the mother of our Saviour King, her husband’s wrestle with heart and mind, the birth of their son, the one who would rescue us all, the prophesies of Anna and Simeon, the heartbreak of a nation and the Saviour King becoming a refugee.

In these 10 days of meditation together, we will be taken by Tallita Todeschini to make this Christmas a unique time of growth and spiritual maturation. Jesus was born about 2021 years ago, but he still wants to be born in hearts that are in need of Him. May God use us to be the ones who will bring this gift to those around us. Amen!
