Lè sa a, ni lame a ni rès pèp Izrayèl la moute lavil Betèl. Yo chita la devan Senyè a ap kriye. Jou sa a, yo rete san manje jouk aswè. Apre sa, yo boule bèt nan dife pou Senyè a, yo fè ofrann pou mande Senyè a padon.

Alors tous les Israélites montèrent en foule à Béthel. Ils restèrent là, assis devant l’Eternel, pleurant et jeûnant jusqu’au soir, et ils offrirent des holocaustes et des sacrifices de communion devant l’Eternel.

Alors toute la population d’Israël va à Béthel. Les gens restent là devant le SEIGNEUR : ils pleurent et jeûnent jusqu’au soir. Ils offrent au SEIGNEUR des sacrifices complets et des sacrifices de communion.

Then all the Israelites, the whole army, went up to Bethel, and there they sat weeping before the LORD. They fasted that day until evening and presented burnt offerings and fellowship offerings to the LORD.
