祈りを聞いてくださる主 | God Hears Your Prayers

先日、牧会をしている友人夫婦から、苦しい人生を送って悩んでいるクリスチャンの信者がいるので、祈ってほしいと頼まれ、彼らの家でその人に会って話しを聞きました。彼のために祈ってあげた時、神様が私にあることを分かち合ってほしいと思っているように感じ、そのことをシェアしました。聖霊が彼の心に語りかけずっと我慢して閉ざしていた心が開かれ、子供のように泣き始めました。 数日後、彼が再び主に献身し、洗礼を受けることになったと聞きました。 彼が新たな信仰をもち神に強められたことを知り、大変うれしく思いました。 私たちがどんなに辛いことにであっても、祈りを通して神に懇願すれば、いつでも助けてくれることを身をもって経験しました。

あなたがたはそれぞれ、賜物を授かっているのですから、神のさまざまな恵みの善い管理者として、その賜物を生かして互いに仕えなさい。

While I was in Japan, my friends, a married couple pastoring a small church, asked me to pray for a person who was struggling with life. I went to their house and prayed for him. While I was praying, I felt like God wanted me to share some specific things with him, so I did. He started crying as the Holy Spirit minister to him. After praying, we had dinner together. A few days later, my friends told me that he decided to recommit to the Lord and set a date to be baptized. I was glad to know that he is renewing his faith in Christ. God reminded me that despite how busy our lives are, we need to be ready to serve Him whenever He asks us to do something.
