The life of Jonah, the four chapters, is a short and fantastic book that gives us truths and insights of what life is as a runaway. We all give Jonah a hard time for not doing the one thing that God asked him to do. The truth is that we all have run away at some point in our lives. In this first plan, we will discuss why we do this and recognize that the scandalous grace of God can redeem all of our stories. 

Almost everyone is familiar with the man who was swallowed by the whale. But Jonah is much more than a childhood Bible lesson, at its core, it’s a story about a stubborn man and a gracious God. Over the next 7 days, you will read Jonah’s story twice along with some other companion verses.
