The effects of Covid-19 are not to be treated lightly. People's lives are being impacted physically and financially and some have lost loved ones. How are we to act as Christians? God wants his people to be united, joy-filled, and loving one another, in order to demonstrate that the gospel of the kingdom is greater than all our differences. Something powerful happens when we “go” together. Jesus prayed for this very thing before he died, “that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.”

Fulfilling the Great Commission does not happen by dropping gospel grenades and walking away. We fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples who are trained and equipped to also make disciples! This is multiplication! We teach new believers to obey all Jesus commanded. This will take time, commitment, and energy.

The answer to your prayers does not solely depend on God; it also depends on you and your community. In life's challenging seasons, we all need people, and a community to lean on. Your God-given dream may not become a reality without the influence of others. God never intended for you and I to do life alone, we are created for community.
