The Bible is a multi-faceted book that covers many different topics. One topic that stands out, is “truth”. Many people are seeking truth or debating whether ultimate truth exists. This Reading Plan studies what the Bible says about truth, and what implications this has for our daily lives.

Welcome to Galilee, we hope you experience the importance and significance of this special place. It was here that Jesus began his ministry as he performed miracles, healed people and taught in the synagogue. It was here that he called his first disciples, calmed the storm and walked across the water. It was from the Galilee region that Christianity would emerge and eventually spread across the world.

We all go through seasons of struggle and testing. Regardless of our faith and our faithfulness to the Lord, adversity comes to us all. Throughout the Bible, God's people have faced difficult circumstances, and nowhere is this seen more clearly than in the book of Judges. Drawing from this time in Israel's history, Dr. Michael Youssef helps us understand how the troubled seasons of our own lives lead to spiritual growth and maturity.

Jesus asked the question: “Who do people say that I am?” (Mark 8:7) Our entire life and destiny hinges on the answer. So, let’s look at the seven “I am” sayings of Jesus – and then explore their implications for us, through the “you are” statements in the New Testament.

Over the next two weeks, we'll follow the Easter story as we remember there is always a glimmer of hope, even in the deepest darkness. We'll talk about how Jesus is with us in the darkness and explore what it means that Jesus is the light in the darkness.
