“And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.”
We have an everyday need for God’s grace, both for ourselves and for others. Forgiveness from God is predicated on your ability to forgive. This is the only part of The Lord’s Prayer where Jesus attaches an action saying, “You can pray for forgiveness, but make sure you’re forgiving others.”
God is a big God who has a big future for you, but you need to let go of the small grudges and hurts to walk into that future. When you release someone else, you release God to bring release in you!
About this Plan
We all agree on the importance of prayer. We know it is a priority in our lives. We hear sermons and teachings on it, and we promise to pray for others.
