YOU WERE LOVED FROM DAY ONE

Finding your true value begins at the very beginning. Today's reading takes you to the literal beginning of creation because it's important to know and be reminded that the love of God towards us began from day one. 

You were loved from before your first breath 

I remember when my wife Katie and I were expecting our first and then again when expecting our second, I remember the overwhelming love we felt simply from the first ultrasound! Seeing that little peanut and hearing their heartbeat for the first time, love and excitement filled my heart!!

This is how your heavenly Father feels and sees you. It's so key that we embrace this truth because the world we live in and our own instinctive nature keeps telling me that I have to earn love, that love is only a response to my behavior, but let me say it again, "You have been loved since day one!".

Take time daily to affirm and reaffirm this truth! Declare, "I am fully loved by God!"
