We see as Jesus has gone through so much, He ultimately trusts His Father.  How hard it is for us to yield our lives to someone else.  Anytime we trust ourselves to another, we are open to getting hurt or disappointed.  

At the most critical moment, Jesus committed His spirit to God the Father.  In doing so, He proves faithful and He shows the Father to be trustworthy.  Make no mistake, the Lord is worthy and deserves your trust.  He will not leave you, He will not forsake you.  His mercy will never stop, even on the worst of days.  

List the most valuable things you have.  One by one, commit them to God's hand today.
