Pray:  Ask God to be with you today, to speak to you in whatever way he chooses.    

Listen:  Spend some time in silence, take deep breaths if it helps to clear your mind,  wait and listen in case God has something to say to you. It might seem like a  thought or even just a feeling, but don’t ignore it!
