7 Days of Trusting God in Everythingಮಾದರಿ

The Lord Goes before You
When God goes before us, he knows everything before we do. He sees things before we do. He feels things before we do. He clears the path before us. Picture a shepherd or a warrior. Taking his weapon, he sweeps the weeds, creating a path for you. Scouting with his eyes, he notices any and all dangers. He notes the possibility of nearby wild animals, the depressions in the earth, and the approaching weather. Even good things, he notices. Then he runs back to you, walking by your side. He’s your protector. Your shield. He’s your Dad, never leaving and always available, looking out for your safety and well-being.
How can you ever be afraid or discouraged with God going before you? Are you facing an uncomfortable situation? Picture God already going before you, clearing your path. Picture him running back to walk with you every step of the way. He’s got you. He’s got me. He’s got this for us and more. We are so blessed to be within God’s family. With God going before you, do not be afraid. Do not let discouragement take hold. God’s got this for you.
Trust and focus: What situation do you need to imagine God holding for you? Are you trusting him, allowing him to help you down your path? When you picture God walking with you every step of the way, allow his peace to flood your precious heart.

About this Plan

Trusting God isn’t always easy. Sometimes it’s really hard, right? Almost impossible! When life isn’t simple or going according to plan, we must place our hope in the One who knows all things. The good news is this: God is in control. He holds your todays, your yesterdays, and all of your tomorrows. Begin trusting him afresh today.
