Cultivating Patienceಮಾದರಿ

The Word of God Is Alive
When teaching with the Holy Spirit's help, the seed grows unexpectedly and eventually bears fruit. However, it takes time, and lack of patience leads to frustration.
Many of my frustrations stemmed from wanting quick or instant results and not understanding the growth process in hearts. So, I created a poster for my office with the words: SOW, WATER, BE PATIENT, HARVEST.
Whenever I passed by, it reminded me of the vision and Jesus' parable, preventing frustration from building up.
What happens when frustration arises due to the desire for quick results?
First, discouragement sets in, making you feel you'll never succeed.
Second, you might think God has abandoned you when He's actually at work.
Third, you may try to force growth by pressuring people, blaming them, or complaining, thus hindering actual growth.
Fourth, the energy spent in vain to speed things up could be used to care for your family.
Fifth, frustrations can permeate your attitude and negatively affect your team or family.
In the parable, Jesus says the seed grows even when the Sower is asleep. Frustration keeps us restless, preventing rest.
Are you frustrated? What if you trusted God to do what only He can?
Let's pray: "Lord, show me where I need to be patient. Help me manage my frustrations in Jesus' name. Amen."
