Here it is again, Paul gives us the image of our lives already being hidden with Christ in God. But he also tells us to set our minds and hearts on the Above. The now actions versus the future Truth.

God sees my life, your life, already hidden with Christ. But He wants us to live NOW setting our eyes and hearts on Him, on Purpose.

We are commanded to set our minds on things Above, not on Earthly things. What are some of the Earthly things that can capture your mind right now?

What are some practical ways to begin to focus your mind on things of the Lord versus things of the world?

What do you think is the difference between setting your heart on something versus setting your mind on something?

Spend some time thanking the Lord for the things that are already true about your position in Christ: that you are forgiven, that you are a son/daughter of the King, that your life is already hidden with Christ, and any other things you can think of.
