Identity, value, and purpose. These three aspects of our journey in Christ are vital in being all God has called us to be. As I evaluated today’s society, I noticed the great identity crisis that exists among people of all ages. We tend to allow culture to tell us who we are instead of the word of God. Being led by culture creates challenges for us in our walk with God, causing many people to be insecure about who God has called them to be.

Unless we see ourselves correctly, we’ll diminish our worth and be confused about what we are called to do. Therefore, we must understand who we are in Christ, how valuable we are to God, and the purpose He intended for us individually. When we fully acknowledge our identity in Christ, know how valuable we are in the eyes of God, and understand the purpose and plan He has for our lives, not only will our lives be transformed, but also the lives of those around us.

Throughout this Bible plan, we will explore identity, value, and purpose with the intent of helping remind you who you are and why embracing your identity in Christ is essential. You are valuable in the eyes of God, and you have a purpose in Christ Jesus. Let’s embark on this journey to become all that God desires us to be together!
