Have you ever had a day where it feels like everything goes wrong? It's one thing after another, and it seems to never end. It's as if you can't wait to go to bed and wake up to a new day that hopefully brings a fresh start.

The good thing about change is that it brings something new—even a simple change from one day to another. Sometimes, we think of change in terms of really big things. The reality is small changes happen every day, and they usher in new moments for us to try new things.
