Why Does Evil Happen?
It’s easy to get caught up in worry as we wonder why evil things happen in this world. It’s because the whole world is under the power of the devil. But for all of us who believe in Jesus as Savior, we belong to God and the devil can never defeat us. The devil can attack us and hurt us, but God gives us life that lasts forever, no matter what! We should never want to follow any other type of false god who will lead us into the ways of the devil. Only the one true God leads us to life that lasts forever.
Prayer: Dear God, I trust that with Jesus as my Savior—no matter what happens to me—You give me life that lasts forever! Please help me to share this truth with others so that they can be saved from the evil in this world too. Amen.
