Today, I choose to focus my thoughts on Jesus, who is the way, the truth, and the life.
Today, I choose to stop focusing on the negativity in my workplace and seek out God’s presence there.
Jesus, please deliver me from falling into dark, morbid rabbit holes.
Today, I choose to rejoice in what is good and true.
Today, I will contact a friend and share something noble, pure, lovely, or praiseworthy with them. Then, together we will rejoice in the Lord.
Prayer: Father, forgive me for my negative thoughts. Jesus, thank you that you are the way, the truth, and the life. Help me to keep my eyes focused on you. Holy Spirit, open my eyes to see all that is good, pure, and lovely that surrounds me. May the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be pleasing to you today. Amen.
