A Peek at God’s Power
The ten lepers were covered with cuts and bruises and sores. No one knew how to make them better. They had to leave their families so they wouldn’t make them get sick, too. When Jesus healed them, He did something no one else could do. He gave the ten lepers a peek of how powerful God is and what He wants to do for everyone. But only one leper came back and worshipped Jesus. He responded to Jesus’ power by thanking Him and shouting about what Jesus did.
Challenge Question: Why do you think the nine other lepers didn’t come back and worship Jesus?
