Overtime, we make choices in our lives. And who we are right now is largely affected by the choices that we make.  Many of these are instrumental to your growth and development.  What do you need to RETAIN? What are some things you’d like to KEEP doing? These are things that have proven effective to you in reaching your goal. Going well, aligned, you need to keep them. There are things that you really don’t  need to change. 

Last summer, we did some spring cleaning and we sorted some items, sifted through our stuff. Books that have been influential to shaping our mindset, particularly in forming Project Purpose like the “Purpose Driven Life” by Rick Warren and “Start With Your WHY” by Simon Sinek I kept so I can refer to it again and again but also so that we can refer to it when we teach or mentor others about it. 

So again, make a list. List three things that you would like to retain in your life in relation to your goals. Make an inventory of what you have right now. This will also be a good opportunity to be grateful with what you have. Contentment after all, is being satisfied with what you have.
