Day 5: Unstoppable

I’m unstoppable

Life is not always easy. It’s easy to slip into feelings of defeat and insecurity. It’s important to remember, God provides us with armor so “when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground” (Ephesians 6:13 NIV).

The real battle has already been won, thanks to Jesus’ death and resurrection. We have all the tools we need to conquer any struggle we may encounter. Let’s walk confidently through life knowing that we’re wearing the armor of God. “Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense;” (Isaiah 12:2 NIV). In Christ, we are ultimately invincible because we have eternal life through the power of His sacrifice. He has made it possible for us to conquer death: “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?” (1 Corinthians 15:55 NIV)

How much could we change the world if we truly thought of ourselves as “unstoppable” by the power of God’s love? Would we worry less? Would we live with less anxiety and fear? Would we freely love others? Would we be more confident in whom God created us to be? God never wanted us to live in fear. We are called to live lives of freedom, filled with God’s strength and hope. It’s time to accept the armor He has given us and stand our ground.
