PRAY: Father in Heaven, thank You that when I get fearful, or dismayed over life's issues that I don't have to deal with them alone. You promise me that You are with me through everything and that You will give me strength and help me. Thank you for walking me through all of the tough times in life so that I never have to go through anything alone. Amen and Amen.

REFLECT: What does God mean when He says He's holding us up with His righteous right hand? Think of all that it could mean: that because He is righteous, He holds us up, that He is filling us with His righteousness, and that regardless of what we're going through, because of His righteousness we never need to be afraid. We are never alone, and we have all the strength we need, all the time. That is a profound and comforting thought. Whatever is happening in your life, never forget that you are never alone and God has given you everything you need to move forward.

ACT:  Right now think about one thing that you are most afraid of. Now think about God giving you everything you need to deal with that fear. Picture Him with you right now giving you strength, handling your fear and walking alongside you every step of the way. Doesn't it make the fear less powerful, less overwhelming, or maybe no longer a fear at all?
